Can I modify the delivery date?
We discourage any modifications to the order after the payment is sent and order is confirmed.
Modifications are limited and evaluated on a case by case basis. It subjects to extra $180 for the change of the delivery.

What happens to my order when there is a sudden weather warning?
Delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 or above is hoisted or a red / black rainstorm warning is in effect. We will try to be in touch with our customers to work out feasible arrangements.
Customers will need to decide if they would like to proceed with the order with possible earlier collection or postpone their order. In the event of adverse weather, Our team will contact customers by Whatsapp to reschedule the delivery.
We reserve the right to reschedule delivery time / date according to the weather, traffic conditions, and safety of our employees.
